SSI:

The persons who are benefited from the health benefits of SSI (Bag-Kur-Retirement Fund - SSK - Public Personnel) will be identified by one of the documents of SSI health card, if they have a birth certificate, driver's license, marriage certificate, passport or given SGK health card at the time of application to my hospital.

T. C. it is compulsory to have a T.C ID number and patient follow-up number / provision via the Social Security Institution's information processing system (MEDULA) in order to determine whether the beneficiary has the right to benefit from the health benefits of the members of the SGK who apply with the ID card number.
 

SSK CYPRUS INSURANCE:

Within the scope of the social security contracts made with foreign countries, a copy of the "Health Benefit Certificate by Social Security Contract" regulated and approved by the Social Security Provincial Directorates, which is benefited from the SSI's health benefits, is executed. The duration of validity is based on the health certificate mentioned and the treatment services provided between the dates indicated.
